Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the policies below before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Charming Faces Esthetics, you agree to the following terms:
For all non-bridal services, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and card on file will be charged for 100% of the service. Bridal bookings require a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Because wedding dates reserve extended time blocks, all bridal deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the wedding day will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
